I’m Robin Loupus, the proud owner of Robin Loupus Bookkeeping.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

While growing up, I started helping my mother, who was a dedicated bookkeeper. The experience gave me an introduction to accounting principles which I enjoyed immensely.

Number crunching from an early age also helped me carve out a career in insurance underwriting once I completed my education.

However, after starting a family, I found myself caught in the corporate grind and needed a better work-life balance. I didn’t want to call out of work or use PTO whenever my kids got sick, so I decided to take a leap of faith and start a bookkeeping firm.

I’ve now been in business for over two years, and I’m enjoying learning new things. I’ve learned to leverage the latest technology to maximize my clients’ performance, including QuickBooks Online. My MBA also comes in handy when understanding my clients’ pain points.

I love being able to help small to mid-size business owners to succeed. Also, working with non-profits at discounted rates has allowed me to give back to the community while providing an essential service for the organization’s operation.

I’m passionate about my profession, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to offering quality products, quality services, and quality communication. Therefore when clients call, I will always answer (or call them back right away).

I also attribute my success to my hard work, as I was determined to make my business work from the start. It doesn’t mean my resolve didn’t falter a little here and there initially, but I’m not a quitter, and failure was not an option.

My values fall in line with my personal values, which is to give back to others. I’ve been so blessed in life that I strive to share those blessings with those most in need.

When I’m not at my desk analyzing financial statements, I’m a proud member of Rotary, and the philosophy is “Service above self.” The most important causes to me are the Women’s Shelter, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and The Red Cross. My hobbies also include crafting and clowning around with my kids.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a bookkeeper in Gastonia, NC, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.loupusbookkeeping.com.

Sincerely,

Robin
